There are many ways to hang onto your independence while also getting the help you need. Moore Options for Seniors offers home-based programs and services that enable seniors living anywhere in New Hampshire to live independently – with all the supports they need, including the opportunity to live with a caring family. We are part of The Moore Center, a Manchester-based human services innovator with more than 50 years of experience in community-based services that promote independence and inclusion.

Moore Options for Seniors provides Personal Care services, which include non-medical supports such as taking seniors to doctor’s appointments or shopping, or helping them to eat or bathe. We also offer Residential Options including Adult Family Care, which places seniors with host families who welcome them as a family member and participate in their care and well-being, and Kinship Care, which places seniors with a relative (other than their spouse or legal representative) and enables them to remain part of the family and community. Our Residential Options are designed to be a two-way street: not only do seniors benefit from becoming "members of the family," they contribute to and enrich family life with their perspective and companionship.

As an oversight agency, Moore Options for Seniors works with the state of New Hampshire to identify, deliver, and manage services that meet the highest standards of care, coordinating with state agencies as appropriate. Our goals are to ensure that seniors’ needs for care, assistance and support are met and to give them positive, meaningful experiences in their later years. Working closely with each individual, we identify unique needs and create individualized services to enhance seniors’ quality of life and invigorate the community as a whole.
