Personal Care – Hourly
We Know What It’s Like
As people get older, their health tends to decline, which can make living independently at home a challenge. Simple tasks like bathing or using the toilet aren’t so simple anymore and going to doctors’ appointments or grocery shopping can be too much to manage.
In addition to our Peace of Mind monthly programs, Moore Options for Seniors offers Personal Care Services on an hourly basis, helping with a wide range of non-medical assistance delivered with professionalism and a personal touch. We can help with occasional tasks or work with you and your family to develop a care plan that addresses all your needs efficiently and effectively — with kindness and respect.
Here are some of the services we can provide in your home:
|Transportation||Shopping||Menu Planning & Meal Prep||Companionship|
|Friendly Visits||Toileting||Coordination of Medical Appointments||Housekeeping/Cleaning|
|Errands||Laundry||Household Management (mail, bills, etc.)||Overnight Care|
|Dressing||Bathing||Coordination of Home Repairs||24 Hour On-Call Support|
We carefully screen our staff and conduct dynamic, customized training, which means that beyond our core training, we’re always talking to you about your experience and how we can improve it, and then preparing our employees with relevant skills and knowledge. That way, we keep getting better, you feel less stress, and everything gets done as it should.
We take great pride in providing the highest quality staff and put a significant effort into recruiting not only great caregivers, but great people too.
If you need personal care on a regular basis consider our Peace of Mind Monthly Care Plans. These proactive, custom plans offer the best value and most efficient care available.
Call us at 603-206-2725. We’re happy to discuss our top quality services, reasonable fees, and how we can make your life easier. Along with accepting private payments, Moore Options for Seniors is also Medicaid-approved.
If you’ve already qualified for Medicaid and the Choices for Independence program, call us to talk about developing a care plan and getting the process going.
If you’d like to apply for Medicaid, we can explain the financial and medical eligibility requirements, or you can visit the ServiceLink website, the free statewide resource referral center for seniors or call them at 866-634-9412 for more information.
